Someone mentioned that its possible to special order cloth seats a while ago. Does anyone know what the option code for this is?

Also on a sport pkg car is it possible to order the premium 16" wheels instead? The dealer claims that i would need to buy both sets.... SOmeone mentioned that they were able to get different wheels and the dealer just charged them $100.
