(smiling) Never really thought of myself as a "lurker" before, but perhaps you're right! I did read through your letter, espcially so since I'm so new to this business.
I throughly believe it is important to have a good attitude; hopefully, it is what will set me apart from the experiences that others have had in the past. When I read letters like yours, it helps me to focus on what's important to people, and I appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.
I've spent the last dozen or so years of my life helping people with their medical problems, and I believe I can take the approach I took with being a paramedic and nurse and apply it to this position as well; it's amazing how much you can accomplish if people perceive that you have their best interests at heart.
Keep telling me what works, and I'll keep trying to achieve it.
