Bubba, I prefer the stiffer ride of the sport suspension and the higher power of the 328i. Personally, I like the rims too on the 328i sport package, I don't like the rims on the 323i sport package however. True the 328i with all or most of the options does get pricey, but I think that the 323i with the Hamman body kit and rims you want comes to about the same price a say a 328i if you get them both with comparable options.

: : Definately go for the 328i with sport package which has stiffer suspension and 17" sport rims. That way, if you can't get you Hamman stuff, you'll still be happy withthe sport package. The 328i will be faster and more powerful than the 323i. The 323 might even feel slow or weak compared to your accord.
