I'm still relatively new to BMWs and know nothing about possible Customs regs or Import guidelines that require a "Monroney"

: : Anyone know what a processing center is?

: : If you're referring to a "vehicle processing center", it's where new Bimmers are taken after they're unloaded... At the VPC, they are checked for transportation damage (repaired if necessary), a "Monroney" sticker is applied, and then they are released to the trucking company for delivery to the dealer (on the west coast, Waggoner's Trucking).
