I have had everything done to the brakes, new lines, new rotors, new pads, several alignments, the dampner(service bulleting fix) and nothing fixes the problem. The dealer (who I rate A+) has done everything to resolve this problem with BMW. I believe that there is no fix, and from what I see posted on this web site a lot of us have this annoyance. I wonder on what dates all these cars were built. Maybe something got screwed up in assembly?
