: I like the 16" sport package wheels better than all other 323 or 328 wheels in the book. I am one of the people who would have bought them if I didn't order the sport package. What do you mean when you say "no offense" and then say "ugh" and "would anyone really pick them if they had a choice" - well John, no offense, but you have bad taste because you don't see things exactly the same way I do...sounds pretty rediculous huh...
: : First of all, which entity is "in person," the wheels or the observer? Pretty hilarious contortion if you ask me.
: : Now, I have seen photographs of the wheels, and I have seen the ACTUAL wheels. Guess what? They look EXACTLY the same. (Oh, I guess the pictures are smaller!)
: : Now really, if you had a choice, would you actually choose those wheels? I think what's happening is you are rationalizing your decision to buy the sport package including those (ugh) wheels.
: : No offense to those who like the wheels, but how many posters to this website have expressed an interest in buying them? Personally, I wouldn't even want them as my winter wheels. I'll bet you won't see them as an offering on the 2000 models.

I thought it obvious that the opinions and observations I was expressing were uniquely mine...How could anyone take something personally when it was not so directed? I take no offense from your remarks--why do you for mine?
Incidentally, there is such a thing as bad design. Fortunately, BMW isn't guilty of mucy of it. There is of course a subjective element in making such an assessment, but then some opinions are worth more than others.
