My car had 2 mile on it when it arrived at the dealer ship. I went and initially tested the car and put about 8 miles on it. The dealer then did there prep and drove the car after I discovered some issues. They only put on a couple of miles (I think).

In any case, 2 miles when it arrived at the dealer. Any other mileage was by me and accounted for.

BTW, I have 3400 miles now with no major problems to report :)

: Maybe there was some imperfection with the 9+ mile cars. They had to be brought back in, remedied, then test driven again. I agree with you that you want the lowest miles on a 'new' car. However, I disagree with your estimates. (A lot of people who only had 2 miles, had European delivery.)

: Your estimates are low. There is mileage put on the car at the processing center here in the states. It doesn't just come off the ship and go onto a truck. Your dealership too, will test drive the car once they take out the shipping bushings.
