I am the owner of the car that had 9 miles on it. Acctually the car was not built for me, it was built for someone else and the deal fell through. The dealer told me it had just arrived in the past couple of days and he would sell it to me. However, he would NOT let me test drive it, I had to test drive a demo. Once I got serious about buying that car then he let me test drive it. It is possible that another serious buyer test drove the car before I bought it. Buy the way it was almost the exact car I was getting ready to order

Silver 323/black leather interior w sport package and moonroof. It had the HK sound and a BMW alarm which I was not going to get but at least I did not have to wait.
