Does anyone from BMW read these pages? The steering and brake issues that have been all over recent postings should be addressed by the company.
It took me a long time to convince myself that I'd rather buy a 323i Sport than an A4 2.8 quattro sport. It was a very tough decision, but ironically, it was based on BMW's engineering and quality. As soon as BMW FINALLY decides to release pricing and option information on the MY2000 models, I'll order one. Or should I???? I know the A4 2.8qms performs as well as the 323i and doesn't lack steering feel above 75 mph, and the brakes won't vibrate. I still would rather own the 323i, but it's so hard to commit to a company that won't openly admit they have a problem with their cars. How will I ever know if the problem is solved, if BMW dealers have no clue what the problem is? I want a 323i, but it's much riskier than buying a A4 at this point.
