Be sure to read the long term wrap-up of the Boxster in C & D April issue...7 unscheduled stops; clutch failure; all sorts of top problems; first maintenance service at 15,000 miles: $479. The first sign of trouble began at 846 miles. Performance had slid slightly by 40,000 miles. I think I'll stick with BMW.
