I've had my E46 for several months, and have had a few problems. First my transmission got replaced, it would sometimes shift late -- the dealer looked at it, hooked his ass upto the computer and said it was OK. After two visits, I finally got it (transmission) replaced, which my car was in the shop for 1 month (no loaner).

I'm getting a very slight pulling to the left during hard braking; I hope this isn't related to the vibration problem people are complaining about...
