I have gray leather in my Chrysler and I have burned my ass on that color also as well as black so hot is hot is hot. Leather gets hot. Go for what looks good (in your eyes)!!
By the way in the winter gray leather is cold, black leather is cold, get the heated seats and keep your ass warm (and your girlfriends!) :)
: I'm currently driving a Lexus ES300 with a black leather interior- my 323i should be arriving in 7 weeks. I live in the inland valley of Southern California, and I rue the fact that we have a black interior every day the temperature goes over 80. I've honestly received 1st degree burns from the damn seats (yes, I had a sunshade up, too). I've seen the silver on grey a lot in my area, since that seems to be the most common combination for the new 3-series, and I have to disagree with the other guy who says they clash. I think it looks rather nice, personally. My 323i will be Alpine White with the sand interior, sports package, Steptronic auto, power seats, and xenons
: : Getting a 328Ci in Silver but having problem with picking black or gray leather, already had gray and liked it, but think the black will look alot more sporty on the Ci and worried about being to hot in the sun. Any comments for those that have black leather please.
