I plan to try to direct wire it into the UT wiring harness. Perhaps I'll post the first set of direct wiring (for non-moonroofers) instructions.

The only concern I have is that if I use it daily, either I have to mount it on a visor (which will tick off the passenger) or mount it on the windshield and have it in the way of the sunshade.
