If you know of any places that analizes oil filters please let me know and I'll send my filter in to be checked out.

: The oil may be in good condition because the oil filter has successfully removed small particles from it. It may start to clog and impede oil flow. I am just wondering if it would be wise to at least replace the filter sooner than the oil.

: Any chance that they can analyze the filter too? This would be a good indication of exactly how the engine wears over time, since we could see what is getting filtered out.
