:Check archives for a long post about three weeks ago. ALso I would call the dealer today and tell them to NOT drill holes in front bumper to hold down the lower two screws for the license bracket. This seems to be an issue that is discovered after delivery and requires repainting of bumper. Try to prevent it rather than fix later. Congrat's.
