If you don't drive the car around for a while after braking (and thus heating up the rotors), the rotors could cool unevenly because the pads would sit on one part of the rotor not letting it cool as fast as the rest of the rotor which is exposed to the air. If you drove your car for a while after your braking incident, you should be fine.
