To be honest, I've been real excited about getting this car, but the power did not impress me. I wasn't necessarily disappointed, I just wasn't impressed. Maybe I expected too much from BMW. Actually, maybe I expected too much from a $30k plus car. The car had good midrange power, but seemed to be lacking in the upper RPM's.

I see myself spending a great deal of money on aftermarket parts in order to get the power to a more sporty level.

Has anyone else been disappointed with the 3 series power?
