And yes the power difference is very noticible, especially in mid to upper rev ranges.

: Are you referring to a 323 or 328? Others have commented (and several reviews have mentioned) that there is a noticible difference at the higher end. The 323 and 328 have different trannies with the 323 being geared towards better acceleration at the low end.
