So, let me get this straight. You go and buy a precision German car, spend a small fortune to get a premium ride and then you want to undercoat the car yourself with gunk at the car store supply shop to spray all over your gorgeous car.
A) You spent too much money and cannot really afford a BMW
B) You are the worst case scenario for penny wise/dollar foolish
C) You really drive a 71 Camaro 4 barrel and are just putting in your unsophisticated 2 cents, which is really what your post is worth
: Undercoat the thing yourself, as I do on all my cars. Why pay a dealer a premium price to spray the underside. Pick up some undercoating spray at an autoparts store near you, somehow get the car off the ground, and spray away. Just be sure to cover the exposed areas that should not be treated (struts, exhaust, brakes, etc.) For a couple cans of spray and 15-20 minutes, you can have the job done for tens of dollars as opposed to hundreds
