1 Convenient to put suit jackets and briefcases
2 Obviously convenient to take someone else in especially if, like any "expert" driver, you cannot sit in someone else's car when they drive slow or not too efficiently.
3 I can see why people would see a BMW as more of a "coupe" only vehicle but really, if I was willing to go with a coupe, I would go with Porsche 911. BMW is the only performance oriented 4 door car. so for those of us who like performance oriented 4 doors this is the only answer. For those who want a performance oriented coupe, a BMW is one of many answers.
Just my opinions. I like the stealth performance of a 4 door. HEhe.
That is why I am looking for an M5 or an M3 (4 door) next.
Cheers
: To me, the three series seem a natural for a coupe. It's smallish, performance oriented, somewhat but not overly practical. But BMW sells more four doors than two doors. Is it my imagination, but isn't this car a little to little to really work as a family car. And for the not insubstantial $$,$$$, there are bigger, more practical cars that still perform pretty well. Why do so may people buy the sedan version.
