It was ordered in late May and delivered August 24 (I wanted a 2000 because of DSC). 2000 328i with metallic paint, sport package, leather, H-K stereo, sunroof, Xenon lamps, in-dash CD, spilt rear seat, heated seats and rear airbags. $41030 MSRP sold for $37720 (pre-tax). I did "ask politely" in other words I told him this is what I would pay and waited for a response. I understand however that the 323s seem to demand a little more over invoice than 328s.
