a letter in mail yesterday from a BMW Customer Relations Rep. explaining that he reviewed my posting here on Bimmer.org about the problems I have been having with my 328i and the steering/brake vibration. Said that he had contacted the Dealership I had the car at for the service trips and talked to them about the problem. I am glad to see that the message board is looked at and we should continue to post here if there are going to be some results, but there were two things that I didn't like about the letter and feel it should have been there. It was on BMW letter-head paper and came in a plain envelope, there was no contact numbers to get in touch with the Rep and there was no return address. But at least we know they are reading....so keep posting!!!
