Assuming you're capable of driving at such speeds, what about the regard for other drivers who might panic as you try to switch lanes, panic when you try to get them to yield, or if you might lose control, and hit someone else?

I don't care if you just came from Germany and drove 150mph everyday to and from work on an Autobahn. That's irrelevant in US for the reasons I mentioned above.
