Sure, but all the older people I know who are most like me (having lived in Europe and US) feel the same way about speed as they did when they were my age. By the way, I think it was you who made some comment about how someone might react poorly to my passing them at 100mph, I reiterate the fact that I never pass anyone with greater than 10-15mph of speed difference. Please do not believe that I weave in and out of traffic at these speeds. I reserve this kind of speed for very, VERY uncongested highways (3 lanes with one car every 100 yards or so). If you still feel that is unsafe, fine but I don't want you to get the impression that I come flying up to people at 100, flash my lights and swerve around them if they don't react instantly. That is not cool, I agree with you there.
P.S. I think this is getting pointless though. We just have a difference of opinion and nothing we can say will change either of our perspectives. Do you want to just leave it at that?
