After seeing various replies, I feel that there is a need for me to clarify a few things.

1: (To Glask) I was not upset at all. I too thought it was a valuable discussion.

2: The main message of my post was to bring up a discussion about what people believed were the items that BMW could improve and refine their products, specifically E46 sedan/coupes. It's not about "asking for free stuff". It's about getting customers' feedback, performance expectation, and feature requests.

3: Some of the items I personally have requested could be considered as luxury items, but that's just my opinion. Some people may consider that "out of range for a 3 series". So I welcome other people to post theirs requests, and that's the intention of the original post.

4: Looking from BMW's perspective, I would expect them to welcome the discussion. Though they may not entertain all requests, they can at least predict the expectation of the market from existing/potential buyers.

Having said all that, I hope you guys find my original post worthwhile and continue to contribute to the board.
