Even with this feature, you will still have to manually adjust the mirrors (almost) everytime you get in the car. As the angle of the sun change throughout the day, the position of your mirror must change. This is why you can park your car at night and have to re-adjust the mirrors the next morning. Therefore, memory mirrors is a pure marketing gimmick, I would much prefer that the money be spent elsewhere.
