It will and/or may depend on a number of items:
-Where you live
-Marital status
-Own or rent
-single or multiple cars
-accidents/tickets/suspensions past 3-5 years
-desired/required liability limits
Many times some of the better-known companies that have superb rates for mom, pop, 2 cars, and a house, will intentionally price themselves out of other markets (i.e. single 23 YO male with a ticket and one car). Also, a lower rate isn't always a better rate. If American Family quotes you $1900, and Joe's House O' Binders quotes you $1850...stick with AmFam. But without knowing where you live, it's hard to make a judgement call--four DUI's and a Modena wouldn't cost that much in Indiana. Do your homework, look for potential discounts (home/car, multi-car, etc.) and stay away from fly-by-nighters.
Best Wishes.
