The worst thing you can do is let it scare you. 2 years ago, while driving my mom's Q45 one rainy night, I was accelerating from a stoplight, my foot barely on the gas, when the back wheel apparently caught on the road, and I spun out. I was on a major road, but there was no traffic, so I was lucky, since I spun through the other side of the road and hit a telephone junction box, rather than the light pole 2 feet away on the right side of the car. Only $150 dollars worth of damage to the car (that's how slow I was going), $40 of it going to replace the destroyed license plate, and the rest to fix a small bar under the bumper that was bent when I hit the box. I got lucky, but I was really scared when I drove the next day. I took me 2 weeks to get back behind the wheel of the Q45. But when you're scared, you're back to how you were when you got your driver's permit- tentative, and not fully in control. Start driving again IMMEDIATELY! Things go wrong with cars, and roads are never in optimal condition, so don't blame yourself. Just get back out there
