Thanks Jon. I certainly know that I've known more about the 328Ci I shopped for than any of the salesmen (or sales managers) I've spoken with. It seems really sad that the sales staff can't know all the details of the 6 or 7 products they sell - geez, its not like it is rocket science. Many don't even know the information that is in the product brochures. The sales manager who is handling my upcomming purchase still doesn't know anything about September production changes and couldn't understand my interest in the cars production date. BTW: it was 9/10/99 so I trust that it will have the changes - I really want the clock in the radio .

Thanks for all you do for us Jon. I wish I lived in CA so that I could have dealt with you.
