A month ago, after two months of waiting for my 323i Premium, Nav, Heated seats, my salesman called me to tell me that had arrived, but without the Premium option. The person that had entered the order made some kind of mistake?!!!.
I rejected the car and had to order a new one. I was fuming. Luckily they were able to get me a September production slot. And since it had been their mistake I was able to re-negotiate a slightly better deal.
My car arrived today! But the guys at the service department were already gone and there was nobody to prepare it for delivery so I'll have to wait 'til Monday.
I feel your pain (and your sister's). I guess we are just lucky to have this board to help us through it somewhat.
By the way, who is your dealer?
