To give you a better idea of how bad of an idea it is to lower a car by shorter springs without changing shocks: Porsche 911 (993) Carrera 4S (dropped from line up after only 1 MY).
Your dropping the car 30mm up front and 25.4mm in rear, that's a huge drop. Sport pack drops the car 10mm.
