You decide to get it so that you won't hit other cars when parallel parking.......or what ever the reason. In Chicago, parallel parking is a must when you're out and about. While I concider myself a good parallel parker, my bumper has some pretty nasty scratches due to other idiots bumping in to me. It drives me crazy. Plus, how fast do you drive when backing up? Most bumpers are designed to take a hit a 3mphs or 5mphs. Hope this helps.

: I know this is a really dumb question...I know how to park a car. But PDC is relatively cheap (compared to the price of the car overall). Does anyone have experience/opinons on PDC? Is it annoying, useful, or a waist of money? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
