There isn't much of a price difference between the two the way you described...PERSONALLY i think the 528i looks SWEET with the sport package and 17in rims...BUT the 328i is also a good looking automobile and it is smaller and faster than the 528i....i think for practical purposes i'd pick a 528i because it does have more interior room and it is a good looking car PLUS the prestige in owning a bmw 5 series is greater than owning a 3 series bmw as the3 series is an entry level car....personally i think its more of a personal preference than anything else...i haven't driven the 528i YET...BUT i am considering that...and the 328i either one i will buy but i heard someone mention on here that the 528i comes with a steptronic that will be nice i don't want a stick because it will be my daily driver....

personal preference i think..thats what it boils down too....
