I know these 2 awesome roads:
1) Lexington Avenue in Manhattan. Start at about 80th street and work your way down south.. There's like 2 hills there over some tunnel.
The name of the game is how many taxis can you cut off from 80th street to all the way end.
2) BQE (I-278 WEST) towards the brooklyn bridge. Go there friday at around 4pm. And the wait on those 2 hills before you actually get to the bridge in usual traffic is like 1.5-2hrs!
