I was wondering,

I know that M3's have the special stearing wheel and side pannel of the exterier car marked with the ///M symbol...

Well, I was going BMW hunting a few months ago and was about to buy a 1999 328Ci w/sports/prem package and a bunch of other stuff. Well, It had the M symbol on the side pannel too. I was wondering, is that standard on the cars with the sports package!? The reason why I ask is that I have been looking at people pic they posted on the net and they say they have sports pachage, etc...but I see no Symbol!

Just curious...!

Thanx for your help!

I ended up not buying the '99 328...decided to wait for the 2000 edition...! UGH, still impatiently waiting!
