All the E46's (all BMW's, probably) are now considered LEV's or Low Emission Vehicles as of the 1999 Model Year, but I'm NOT positive on this. If so, they'll be no difference between any of the models in the US and all will meet CA requirements. (Just read the small print on the bottom of the underhood emissions label to check for sure; it should mention "CA" somewhere in the text.)

: I live in California. Is there any reason to buy a 323Ci in Nevada? Is there any difference because of the crazy California emissions requirements? Thanks.
