Black interior makes the tint darker and if too dark the contrast between the windows will look cheap. You may want to go 50% on the sides and 38% on the rear and back windows (illegal but still looks like you don't have tint). I have all my windows at 38% (silv/blk) and while illegal, it looks great. I can't speak for the grey interior, but it would lighten up the tint a little.
