I work for a business that's a 50/50 joint venture between two major corporations. One of the companies is a current (BMW rebate) program member, the other is not (but is certainly large enough to qualify). I first asked if the JV status would qualify me - answer "no". I then asked if I could process the paperwork have the non-member company apply - answer "we're taking on any new members". Seems like BMWNA have evolved into reluctant participants in this promo.
