Today I got my car back from repair at a local dealer. When I arrived at home, I realized that they did nothing except messing it up!!
First, my key memory is gone. Second, when ejecting CD, the disk doesn't come out smoothly. Third, they left a tool in the engine compartment, right above the fender, causing my hood to raise up about 1 inch. Luckily there is no damage to the body. Fourth, the radio still whines, despite adding the capacitor. Fifth, parts not available, had to special order.
FYI, my initial complains were: AM whining noise, leak at the cap of power steering fluid reservior, rubber fitting on the doors, and a cut on body seal (door).
I guess no matter what kind of car they sell, all dealers are the same.... disappointing...
Does BMWUSA have a QC team that go out and monitor their dealers' service? I hope some officials from BMWUSA read this.
