: How do you use the fasteners for the rubber floor mats?
: Thanks

If you ordered genuine BMW rubber mats (I ordered them from Pacific BMW), you would remove the factory mats by turning the existing fasteners 1/4 turn to the left and then pull up out of floor. The fasteners will stay with the mats. You will get new clips with the rubber mats. Just install in the reverse.
