it does not void the warrenty.. just a replacement part nothing else.

it's just a drop in.. it's not a big thing.. too like 1 min.. (most of the time was me screaming cause the clip poped off and hit my finger.)

good luck ,.. REALLY worth it.

not as thick as the origional.. but it does not have to because it stops the dirt.
