Don't worry, you will get a thank you letter from Pres. of BMWNA and a video tape about BMW racing heritage...soon. My dealer also invited me a meeting with their service department rep. They also throw in a free BMW cap and an Emergency Kit (flare, jumper cable, flag, tire sealant...) at this meeting.
: Just curious. I have had my car for about a month now and I kind of expected to hear something from BMW. I got a thank you note from my dealer and a "we are here to serve" note from the service department but nothing from BMW saying "welcome" "thanks for buying" or any of that other customer service follow up stuff you usually see.
