When I bought my 323i and reported it sold (entered a "Retail Delivery Report" in the BMW DCS2000 System) I
included my E-mail address in a field where it could be inserted... On the old "Classic" DCS System there was no way to do this. Lo and behold, yesterday I received an E-mail C.S.I. survey! Needless to say, I
answered that everything was EXCELLENT!!!
The point here is that BMW is keeping pace with this brave new world of the internet, and those of you who have not bought yet should request that your retailing BMW Center also input your E-mail addresses... Just my $.02, -- Jon
