designed to act as a speed brake when extended at velocities exceeding 100mph? It is my understanding that the driver can retract the windows to rapidly decelerate (i.e. cop turning around)to serve as spoilers as seen on any commercial airliner. For instance, it is believed that BMW originally intended for this feature to be automatic and, thus, tied to the cruise control.
