Just got a follow up call from the dealership about my purchasing experience with my salesperson at Patrick BMW.
I rated the person as "good" but not excellent because I felt I was definitely treated much nicer with my previous purchases at the Lexus dealerships.
An hour later, I got a call from my salesperson asking me why she was not rated higher... (now I thought it was bad for her to even call and put me on a spot!) and I explained all the things that bothered me. Then she then told me that BMWNA will call soon, and I should rate the dealership "Excellent".
Hmmmm.... isn't the purpose of satisfaction survey is to get the "REAL" answers from the customers and improve?? If they treated me exceptional well, I would be more than willing to say "excellent" and don't need them to ask me to say so.
Anyone else experience things like this?
