same engines, and a couple of smaller, more edfficient units (1.9L I4, 2.0L I6, 2.0 and 3.0 diesels)

Body trim?
Depends on model. 4 cylinders have black trim (like US 323i), 6 cylinders have chrome (like US 328i), I think..

Lighting?
Same as US

Dash?
Same

ECU?
Not sure...

Or is it just emissions and crash safety stuff?
There is some of this, but BMWs are pretty much universal, built to meet the highest regulations. (Example- You have 4 countries.. BMW makes their cars to comply with the highest regualtions, then sells them all over. It costs less to do it this way.
