I had the same problem with colours. I have ordered a 2000 BMW 328Ci sports pkg with Topaz blue and black leather. 2 weeks ago, I was thinking of changing it into cosmic black but after thinking it thru' I decided to stay with Topaz blue. I used to own a calypso red 328is. The maintenance is not too bad. I guess Topaz won't be much of a difference. Perhaps, easier than black exterior. Also, I think Topaz is not the usual Silver or Black which most people ordered.

: I placed my order for a 2000 323 BMW Cooupe at the beginning of September and am still having trouble feeling good about the color I picked.
: To tell you the truth, I didn't like any color in the new coupes except TITANIUM SILVER, BUT it did not come with SAND
: interior, (I did not like the grey Int as much!!) That left me with the option of having to sacrifice the OUTSIDE color so that I could get the INTERIOR that I wanted (they will not make a Silver with SAND interior).
: So then I dcided on STEEL BLUE, it looked great in the broshure, but when I saw it on the lot I thaught that it had a purple-ish look to it. This color looks kind of funny.
: SO THEN I decided on TOPAZ BLUE. And placed the order.
: Only having seen it once, Iam now once again
: questioning my final choice.
: Does anyone out there have a TOPAZ BLUE BMW and can make me feel better about this color I chose ? THANKS!!!
