1. What is the proper way to break-in a new E46?
it's in the E46 FAQ.
2. Tinted windows, pros and cons? Pic's if you have any.
If you live in warm area, high temp will cause your tint to bubble up(in 2-7yrs). when you strip out the old tint, you might break those defrosters if you use a razor blade. people suggested elbow grease is sufficient to remove it.
but, i've tinted and stripped tints on my old car by myself and i dont think you will want to do that.
professional tinters will definitely use razor blade and they most likely will break those defrosters.
people on this board also reported poor radio reception after the tints..
my suggestion-> don't do it!
3. 17' spt. pkg. wheels, chrome? yes or no?
depend on your taste. i think silver is more classy.
4. Bra, pros and cons?
ultra violet rays will discolor car paint in the long run. after couple years when you take off the bra, you see two colors ...
5. Extending the full maint. program to 48/50.....is it worth it?
dont know this one.
dont know if i helped you..
you are welcome! ^_^
