My dealer Alderson BMW/Lexus/Cadillac has been very helpful and forthcoming with any info requests i have made...you are not asking for anything unusual or extraordinary...if your salesperson is unhelpful...call their boss and demand...not ask for the info!

perhaps you should mention the name of this dealership and sales person so others can be spared this uncooperative experince
