: BTW, why do you think that you wasted money on the fold-down rear seat? I did not get it on my car (as a cost cutting idea), but I wish that I had it. However, I looked at a new 323i without the fold-down this weekend, and I am wondering whether it is easy to convert it to a fold-down (e.g., just buy the latches in the trunk and bolt them on and viola, the seat folds down). I have not examined it closely enough yet to determine if this will work.

: : Ordered on 9/5. I'm very happy on everything except the long throw clutch, takes time to get used to. I think I wasted money on Fold-down Rear Seat too. I could have saved 700 bucks on registration if I could wait to next year (I-695), but after 77 days of waiting, my patience is already exhausted. :-(
